This project demonstrates a successful approach for real estate professionals to stand out in a competitive industry by building a strong personal brand.

When Kristin, a full-service realtor serving the Charlotte, Lake Norman, and High Country areas of North Carolina, came to me, she had a clear mission. In the ever-evolving world of real estate, she knew that leveraging social media and cultivating a distinctive personal brand wasn't just an option, it was essential. Her goal was to build a personal brand that would set her apart in a crowded market.
My primary goal was to help her do just that. Beyond simply showcasing property listings or sharing market trends, we focused on crafting a consistent and authentic brand that would foster trust and community. By building a brand that resonated with her wide range of clients, KT Realty has continued to stay top-of-mind, ensuring Kristin is the first person clients think of when they're ready to make their next big real estate decision.

Logo Design: A distinctive logo that is both modern and timeless.
Name & Tagline: The brand name, KT Realty, is professional and easy to remember, supported by the tagline, “Your Key to Luxury Living and Relocations.”
Color Palette: We chose a sophisticated and luxurious color palette of navy blue, gold, and white to reflect the high-end market Kristin serves.
Tone: The brand's tone is confident, trustworthy, and knowledgeable, positioning her as an expert guide in luxury living.
