Scope of Work:

Event Collateral Graphic Design

This project demonstrates a successful approach for a non-profit organization to elevate its event materials and inspire donors.

This was accomplished by creating sophisticated invitations and newsletters that communicate the organization’s mission and impact with clarity and emotional resonance.

Curetivity is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to fighting pediatric cancer. To date, they have raised over $47 million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, making them one of the hospital’s largest non-corporate fundraising partners. They meticulously fund specific projects, including a $20 million funding of the Surgery & ICU Center and a new $20 million commitment to the Curetivity Research Floor in the Inspiration 4 Advanced Research Center.

For the past two consecutive years, I've had the honor of partnering with Curetivity to create the invitations and newsletters for their annual event at the Trump National Golf Club in Mooresville, North Carolina.

My task was to design materials that would not only be visually elegant and professional but would also clearly communicate the organization's incredible impact and inspire continued generosity. The project was a collaboration focused on building a suite of print and digital materials that reflect the seriousness of their mission while celebrating their monumental success.

Strategy & Execution

  • We designed a suite of print and digital materials to support their annual fundraising event.

    • Invitations: The invitations were designed to be both elegant and impactful, setting a professional tone for the event and encouraging high attendance by inserting a digital QR code for registration.

    • Newsletters: The newsletters were crafted to clearly communicate Curetivity’s recent achievements, detail their funded projects, and share stories of the lives they're impacting, reinforcing donor trust and encouraging ongoing support.

    • Visual Storytelling: The design prioritizes visual storytelling, using a clean layout and powerful imagery to highlight the organization’s significant contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
